Smoked Pandan Salmon Rice*
Ingredients:-
+ Saji cooking oil
+ Saji rice
+ Saji Salt
+ Saji sugar
+ Saji coconut milk
+ Pandan leaves
+ 2 bags of tea leaves
+ Salmon 2 slice
+ Blend Ingredients (small onion, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, coriander, chili)
+ Marinate sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil)

1. Chop the blend ingredients to smaller piece before blending.
2. Cook 1 cup of Saji Rice with some pandan leaf
3. Marinate the cut salmon with blended ingredients and marinate sauce
4. Scoop the rice to the base of pandan leaf, add marinated salmon on top
5. Put tea leaf, rice grain and sugar on top of foil
6. Put in foil in wok, put under high heat and smoke the pandan wrapped salmon rice for 13 minutes.

*Milky Pumpkin Corn Dessert*
Ingredients:-
+ Saji sugar
+ Saji salt
+ Saji rice
+ Saji coconut milk
+ Corn 1 cup
+ Pumpkin 1/6

1. Steam corn and pumpkin with Saji salt
2. Blend the steamed product with Saji Sugar and Saji Coconut Milk. Add water as needed.
3. Layer the base of the cup with the cooked rice from earlier
4. Pour the blended milky pumpkin corn dessert on top

Serve all!
